How are the apartments furnished?
Each apartment comes with basic furniture: a desk/dining table with chair, a wardrobe, a 90 x 200 cm bed frame without mattress and a coat rack. Please bring your own suitable mattress.
What are the building's energy features?
The building was constructed in 2025, is heated with district heating and has energy class A. Solar panels on the roof also cover part of the electricity demand, making it a very low-emission building with modern technical standards.
Who may move in?
The apartments are intended for students of all kinds, including dual-study or part-time students, pupils, apprentices and people working in social or healthcare professions, for example nursing or elderly care, charitable organisations, street work, traineeships or childcare. Company apartments may be possible depending on availability. Each apartment is intended for one person only; pets are not permitted and the apartments must remain smoke-free.
Can I apply entirely on my smartphone?
Yes. The application flow is mobile-first. Details, housing request and documents can be submitted directly from a smartphone.
Which documents are required?
For the application, the usual documents are a self-disclosure form, a Schufa credit report, proof of study or employment, proof of income and a copy of your identity card. The self-disclosure form is sent on request.
How are uploaded documents handled?
Documents are used solely to review the application and are stored securely. Please only upload documents if you are entitled to submit them.
Is there a 360° tour?
Yes. The tour page lets you view a housing unit virtually before applying.
Where is FL Wohnen located?
The property is located in Markt Schwaben, around 25 km east of Munich. The area offers well-developed local infrastructure with restaurants, bars, shopping options and leisure attractions; Therme Erding is also about 15 minutes away by car. The apartments are directly by the S-Bahn station, from where Munich Central Station can be reached in up to 25 minutes.
